Hi Catherine This course is specifically on SAP CRM, of course it includes introduction to CRM and then proceeds to the details of SAP CRM software. What we mean is that you might want to learn the basics of CRM over the internet and then proceed with this course but yes you can take this course even if you haven't used any CRM before.
